HH: Hi. Congratulations to your new record! How are you?

Frederiksen-Denander: Thanks you so much and I'm doing great...how are you doing?

HH: Perfect. Your new album Baptism By Fire shows your roots in the 80ies and your special relation to Toto. What is the special thing of this kind of music?

Frederiksen-Denander: You are right and we really wanted to make this album for all the fans of the 80's type of melodic rock music, the kind of music that is well written, well played and sung etc.

HH: How are the reactions about your new album so far?

Frederiksen-Denander: Very good all over the world and it seems to be selling very good as well which is great these days when too many download and don't support the artists by buying their albums all the time.

HH: Did the reviews meet your expectations? Or are you surprised by the feedback that you got?

Frederiksen-Denander: I think most reviews are really spot on and the feedback on messageboards is great plus we're on a lot of top 10 lists plus album of the week lists on radio and in magazines so we're happy.

HH: What do you think about your album? Are you happy with the result? Is there anything that you would change or improve if you could?

Frederiksen-Denander: We are both very pleased but it took three long years to make because we had to go through a lot of problems with health etc so we both feel that the next one is gonna be even better.

HH: Currently Hard Rock has a comeback. What do you think can we experience a similar era as in the 80ies or is this short-lived?

Frederiksen-Denander: It will never be like it was in the 80's cause back then hard rock was dangerous... parents were freaking out and media couldn't stop talking about how very bad this was for the kids... "we are all gonna die by this satanic music" they said hahaha... and now Lordi can win the Eurovision contest dressed as monsters and the same parents love it... I think hard rock isn't "back"... I think it has been accepted as one of the major styles of music that will always be with us now.

HH: What are your next projects? Could you give us a short outlook?

Dennis: I'm so busy these days it's insane!!!... I worked on 100 albums and wrote 300 songs on albums and seven Hollywood movies last year alone and it's already more than 50 albums and 200 songs this year!!!!

Tommy: I'm going back to Los Angeles in a week to write an album for a great female artist for Clive Davis and I will be writing with a few of the biggest legends in the history so I'm really looking forward to this trip.
Song writing and producing is what I do most of these days and if any artists are looking for songs they can contact me through my Myspace page.

HH: When do we can see you live in Germany next time?

Frederiksen-Denander: We have no plans to tour yet but we would like to do it so hopfully it will happen, I was recently in Germany playing for a week at the music messe in Frankfurt which was a lot of fun.

HH: Thanks for your time. Any last words?

Frederiksen-Denander: Thank YOU!!!... We couldn't do anything without the great support of media and fans.
